Criminal facts

1. 2. The Defendants, at around 17:08 on May 28, 2017, committed the crime in the “I” clothing store, using the gap in the victim J’s “I” clothes store operated in the above G, and the gap in the body of the Defendant B, etc. from returning Defendant B, etc. to the body of the victim, Defendant A was placed in a bank in which the victim’s market price displayed at that place is 178,000 won or more at the victim’s own market price, and Defendant B was placed out of the store.

3. On May 28, 2017, the Defendants committed the crime at the “K” clothing store using the gap in the “K” clothes store operated by the victim in the above G at around 17:20 on May 28, 2017, viewing each other’s network in front and rear the store, and making it difficult for the victim to see.
