A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

One resident registration certificate that has been seized, one account for family members of IBK, one account for IBK, and one account for IBK.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, by using the fact that his own birth D and appearance are similar to that of his own birth D, was born with a resident registration certificate, credit card, etc. of the name of D.

1. Around September 5, 2017, the Defendant forged a private document and the uttering of a private document at the F Resident Center located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, with the arbitrary entry of “D” and “G” in the name column of the application for issuance of the resident registration certificate, and exercised the document as if the document was duly formed by the public official in charge who is aware of such circumstances.

In addition, from around that time to January 17, 2018, the Defendant, without authority, forged and used private documents in the name of D related to rights and obligations for the purpose of uttering over nine times, such as the attached list I.

2. Around September 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) called the I card customer center at his father’s home located in Sung-nam-si, Sung-nam-si, and (b) took place as D; and (c) made a staff member in charge of not knowing such circumstances enter the information into the name column of the application for subscription to “J card” and “G” in the resident registration number column; and (d) made him/her enter the information that he/she applied for the issuance of the I card in the name of “D” and “G” into the name column of the application for subscription to “J card” and kept it.

In addition, from around that time to October 16, 2017, the Defendant used the special media records, such as electronic records on rights and duties, for the purpose of making business process process more than seven times as shown in Appendix II.

3. On September 7, 2017, the Defendant was issued with obstruction of performance of official duties and issuance of a passport by fraudulent means, and the Defendant was issued with a public official in charge by filing an application for issuance of a false name D, such as an application for issuance of a passport under the name of 997, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, and the attached Table I No. 3, as stated in paragraph (1).
