A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 18, 2013, around 01:00 to 02:00, the Defendant, at night, committed a theft of another’s property or attempted to commit a theft of another’s property over 13 times in total, from that time, from that time to November 18, 2014, including a theft of KRW 1.60,00 in cash on the receipts and disbursements of money on the receipts and disbursements of a restaurant for children’s play room, where he/she works as his/her employee, in front of the F restaurant operated by the victim E in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, where he/she worked as his/her employee.
2. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;
A. On January 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered G’s resident registration number in the resident registration number column of the resident registration certificate at the Dong-dong, Daegu-gu, Suwon-gu, without authority, in order to create and use his/her own type of G resident registration certificate as a person with bad credit standing; (b) signed in the applicant column as “G”; (c) forged one copy of the application for the replacement of the resident registration certificate, which is a private document on the rights and obligations of the applicant column; and (d) submitted it to the person in charge of the resident service center who may know
B. On January 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered “G’s resident registration number H” in the column of the resident registration number of the mobile phone new application without authority for the purpose of exercising the right at the JELS cell phone agency located in the Daegu Suwon-gu U.S.G. on the mobile phone; (b) entered “G” in the applicant/subscriber column; and (c) forged one copy of the application form for new mobile phone entry, which is a private document on the rights and obligations; and (d) submitted it to the mobile phone agency with knowledge of such fact.
C. On November 10, 2014, the Defendant committed a crime related to the application for the reissuance of the head of the Tong without authority to exercise his/her resident registration number at the agricultural branch located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-dong.
