Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

B The owner and captain of a non-registered fishing vessel (around 2 ton, a provisional name C), the defendant is a person who works for the diving of the above fishing vessel, and D enters the Republic of Vietnam's seafarer's employment (E-10) (E-10 on May 17, 2017 to May 20, 2018) and assists in diving in the work of diving in the above fishing vessel (one person: E), and a person who assists in the work of diving in the above fishing vessel.

No one shall capture, gather or cultivate marine animals and plants by means of fisheries other than those under the Act on Fisheries or the Management of Fishery Resources.

Nevertheless, from April 19, 2018 to April 22:00 to 23:00, the Defendant and B, and D assumed the role of operating the above-registered fishing vessel (tentatively named: Fix 35-59.79N, 126-30.9E) in B on the sea (Fix 35-59.79N, 126-30.9E), and the Defendant took the role of taking the role of cuber (scuber) by wearing diving equipment (scuber) such as air, and acquiring it into the sea and inhabited on the sea, and sending the work signal to the diving, or taking the catch (piracy) added to diving on deck from the market value at the above sea to collect approximately 13 occ (13 gg) on the sea.

As a result, the defendant, B, and D jointly collected marine animals and plants by fishing methods other than those under the fishery related laws and regulations.
