A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Seized evidence No. 6 shall be forfeited from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who was in a relationship with the victim C (V, 50 years of age) and was in a relationship with the victim C, was able to find his house at the victim’s house without drinking himself, and was willing to carry out his request by threatening him, such as knifeing him in a knife, if the victim refuses or resists it.

1. Accordingly, the defendant infringed upon the victim's residence while carrying dangerous objects.

2. Around 09:00 on January 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) talked to talk again to the victim; (b) however, the victim rejected the victim’s “The Hagueer and the Ender”; (c) made the victim’s face twice by drinking, and the kitchen 1 written in paragraph (1) put the victim into an open room where approximately two weeks of treatment is required to the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.

3. On January 3, 2018, from around 10:00 to around 16:00, the Defendant had the kitchen blades written in paragraph (1), and had the glass tape written in paragraph (1), and had the glass tape located therein, so as to prevent the Defendant from going out of the room for about six hours by fixing it at the left cover of the damaged person and at the right cover of the Defendant’s right cover.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and detained the victim.

4. A special larceny Defendant: (a) kept the kitchen blades specified in paragraph (1) around 16:00 on January 3, 2018; and (b) placed 50,000 won in cash, which is one of the victims’ possession on TV sets at the victim’s residence specified in paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property while carrying a deadly weapon.
