A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the victim C (V, 28 years old) and the legal couple married around 2012.

1. On December 9, 2017, the Defendant suffered special injury: (a) around 00:40, at the Defendant’s house located in Ansan-si, A.D. D 502, on the ground that the victim sent text messages that the victim was defective to divorce; (b) the victim’s head was taken at a time when the victim’s head was taken, the victim’s face was taken at a drinking time; (c) the dump bell (7 g), the victim’s hand was knife with the victim’s hand; and (d) the victim’s face was knife at three times, and the victim’s face was knifeed (the total length was 21.5 cm; 12.5 cm; and the length was 12.5 cm; and (e) the victim’s knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knif.).

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.

2. Special intimidation: (a) the Defendant laid the kitchen knife (20cm in total length, 31.5cm in total length, 20cm in total) which is a dangerous object that had been in the rewing of the kitchen at the time, place, and at the same time and place specified in paragraph (1); and (b) the above excessive and the kitchen knife in both hands and the kitchen knife in one hand, and carried the victim “the deceased”, and (c) sent the kitchen knife to the victim by sticking the kitchen knife in a small door.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
