A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 12, 2019, around 19:20, the Defendant: (a) received a report from the head of the Busan Police Station C Center in B, and reported from the head of the Busan Police Station C Center in B, and (b) to the head of the Si/Gun/Gu Police Station D Zone E, the head of the Gu, who was called out, tried to verify the Defendant’s personal information and the details of the report; and (c) went to the place where E was posted.
