The punishment of the accused shall be four months by imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 26, 2019, the Defendant damaged the Defendant’s automatic entrance door (a.e., 150cm in length, 210cm in length) owned by the victim C by breaking the automatic entrance door (a.e., 150cm in length, 210cm in length), which was under the influence of alcohol at the entrance and exit of the studio building in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and without any reason, destroyed the Defendant’s repair cost of 100,000 won.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers on 112 reporting handling affairs.
