The reasoning of the judgment of this court is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and it is accepted by the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act

(The court of first instance is just in finding and determining the facts of the first instance even if the evidence duly admitted and examined by the court of first instance is delivered to the evidence presented by this court, and there is no error as alleged by the plaintiff as the grounds for appeal by the plaintiff as the grounds for appeal. Thus, the court of first instance is legitimate, and all incidental appeals by the plaintiff and the defendant are dismissed.
