Reasons
The reasoning of this Court's judgment is identical to that of the first instance judgment, and this is acceptable as it is.
The fact-finding and decision of the first instance court is justifiable in view of the evidence submitted by the plaintiffs to this court in addition to the evidence duly admitted and investigated by the first instance court, and there is no error as alleged in the grounds for appeal by the plaintiffs.
