A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

[2013Gohap25] The Defendant was aware that all family members of the Victim C (Inn, 69 years of age) who reside next to the Defendant were in strong hill and the victim was living alone, and was able to rape the victim by intrusioning on the victim’s house.

1. On May 15, 2012, the Defendant invadedd into the house through the gate and the entrance door opened before the 15:00 police officers of the victim (the 69 years of age) in Gangwon Yangyang-gun, and had sexual intercourse with the victim by coercioning the victim's body by forcing the victim's body into both arms and resisting the victim's body. The Defendant had sexual intercourse with the victim by coercioning the victim's body by forcing the victim's body into two arms.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and raped the victim.

2. On May 2012, the Defendant: (a) 20:00 police officers around 20:0, 2012, entered the said victim’s house in front of the said victim’s house (n, 69 years old); (b) went into the house through the window of the living room; and (c) obstructed the victim who reported TV, and forced the victim to be placed on the victim’s body on a fluor; and (d) forced the victim to have sexual intercourse with the victim’s clothes.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and raped the victim.

3. On May 2013, 2013, the Defendant opened a gate in front of the house of the above victim (n, 70 years of age) and intruded into the house through the window of the living room. On the other hand, the Defendant: (a) opened a gate in front of the house of the said victim (n, 70 years of age); and (b) placed the victim in a large room in both arms; and (c) placed the victim on the part of the said room in a small room in which the said bits the victim on the part of this bits, and forced the victim to have sexual intercourse, and forced

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and raped the victim.

4. The Defendant, around 20:00 on June 8, 2013, entered the house above the Defendant’s house (n, 70 years of age) before the said victim’s house and entered the house, thereby going to the house through the toilet window.
