On January 26, 2017, at around 10:25, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a 73 km-ro 73 down to 2 km-ro from the street in front of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si to the 208-59-dong 201, the Defendant driven a car of the Party B, one of which he owns.
