On April 26, 2018, the Defendant driven Cone Star Co., Ltd. without obtaining a driver’s license from around 200 meters in a section of about 200 meters from the front of the Alon hotel to around 7, 159-ro 159 in the same Gu, Ansan-ro 2, Annan-gu, Mayang-ro, Mayang-ro, Mayang-ro, Mayang-ro.
