The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. At around 07:30 on January 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) placed in the Busan Shipping Daegu B clubs underground Down; (b) placed the victim C (here, 18 years of age) who is a lux of Pyeongtaek-si in Pyeongtaek-si; (c) placed the victim into the Alux; (d) placed the victim into the Alux; and (e) placed the victim in his/her hands so as to prevent the victim from suffering with his/her hands; and (e) placed the victim on his/her upper body by force on the part of the victim.

2. The public prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Articles 306 and 298 of the Criminal Act and Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act, since the victim revoked the complaint after the institution of the public prosecution.
