The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. The Defendant, at around 03:10 on May 26, 2013, committed an indecent act against a female by force by putting her at the right tamp of the victim E (n, 20 years of age) located in the south-gu Busan Metropolitan City, by turning her tack on one occasion.
2. Since the victim revoked a complaint after the public prosecution was instituted, the public prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Articles 306 and 298 of the former Criminal Act (amended by Act No. 11574, Dec. 18, 2012; Act No. 11574, Jun. 19, 2013); and Article 327 subparag. 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
