On July 24, 2013, around 09:50 on July 24, 2013, the Defendant intruded into a female public toilet on the first floor located D underground in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and went into the partitions, followed by a changeer, and dried up in the side partitions, and dried up to be melted.
