1. 상해 피고인은 2012. 11. 27. 21:30경 대전 서구 B 소재 C병원 3층 분만실에서 같은 날 19:40경 피고인의 딸 D이 분만 중이던 태아가 사망한 것에 화가 나, 그곳 의료진들에게 "너희들을 칼로 쑤셔 죽여 버리겠다"며 소리를 지르다가, 위 병원의 의사인 피해자 E(남, 41세)이 피고인을 쳐다보았다는 이유로 "넌 뭘 잘했다고 쳐다보냐"라고 말하며 주먹과 손바닥으로 피해자의 얼굴을 20여 회 때려 약 3주간의 치료를 요하는 턱의 염좌 등의 상해를 가하였다.
