1. An attempted special thief;

A. On March 22, 2017, from around 02:00 to 03:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a door to remove the door in front of the trade name of “E” of the victim D’s operation in Ilyang-gu, U.S., U.S.; and (b) destroyed the door by separating the counter by opening the door; (c) did not discover any stolen things while infusing the goods into the above door; and (d) did not commit an attempted act without having discovered any stolen things.

B. On March 22, 2017, from around 02:00 to 03:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in front of the trade name of “G” in the operation of the victim F in the Dong-gu, U.S., U.S., U.S.; and (b) destroyed the door by breaking it off by putting it off; and (c) did not discover any things that could have stolen while breaking property into the above door, and did not result in attempted crimes.

On March 22, 2017, from around 02:00 to 03:00, the Defendant got in front of the trade name “I” in the operation of the victim H in the Dong-gu, U.S., Japan-si, and destroyed by hand the entrance knife by means of removing the knife, and then did not discover any stolen objects while breaking the property into the above knife, and did not commit an attempted crime.

2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On March 22, 2017, from around 02:00 to 03:00, the Defendant: (a) went in front of the trade name of “K” in the operation of the Victim JJ in Ilyang-gu, U.S., Ilyang-si; (b) went into front of the said opening in order to set up the entrance by hand and put the body into the said opening; and (c) cut off the cash, 9,000 won, which is the victim’s possession, at the credit cooperative located on the said seat.

B. On March 24, 2017, the Defendant was in front of the “N Center” in the operation of the Victim M in Gyeyang-gu L at the Goyangyang-gu L at the time of Goyang-gu around 00:04, and was far away from the hospital.
