A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 28, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Southern District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 1, 2017.

On June 27, 2017, at around 06:20, the Defendant: (a) inducedd the victim as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price; (b) had the victim paid it; and (c) acquired the victim with alcohol and food equivalent to the total market value of KRW 9,00,00, such as bones, divers, divers, and 1 C, from the victim.
