Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 25, 2020: (a) around 20:05, the Defendant: (b) posted food blades (the total length of 32 cm and 19.5 cm on the day) which are dangerous things before Mapo-gu Seoul Building B, C, and (c) displayed it on the left back back part; (b) opened the door to the victim D (the age of 37) (the age of 19.5 cm on the day) who resides there at the same place without a one-way door, and had the victim D (the age of 37) who lives at the victim’s house and E, the victim’s house, and the above f- G, in which the victim’s house and the victim’s home are residing, continued to put the door of the above f-h and the above f-h-h-h, in order to inflict harm on the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
