Accordingly, D shall set up a low temperature storage area of 5 square meters (16.53 square meters) around June 2007 at the dwelling area of the defendant located in Jeonsung-gun G, and the defendant shall pay 10,000,000 won with the installation cost, and the defendant who is a subsidized business operator should bear the burden.
