A. The provisions of Article 42 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Contracts with Local Governments as Party Parties and the criteria for determining successful bidders at the time of bidding by local governments-level organizations (Ordinance No. 39 of the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs, January 20, 2016), Chapter II criteria for determining successful bidders (attached Form 1), where the detailed criteria for examining construction costs of construction works of facilities are less than 30 billion won and more than 10 billion won, shall be applied, and the preliminary price basis amount shall be separately announced at the detailed consultation meeting for the public announcement of construction of facilities at the national market system, and the basic amount shall be reflected after the announcement.
