A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 24, 2013, the Defendant, at the office of civil service offices in the Sacheon-si Police Station, had a personal and unsound administrative secretary prepare a written complaint with the intent to punish D.

The contents of the complaint were that "D is punished as a provisional attachment because it prepares a standard contract form for private construction works with D as a contractor without the consent of the complainant and D as a contractor."

However, on April 27, 2012, the Defendant was allowed to prepare the said contract form with H in the process of submitting it to the tax department in Scheon City prior to the preservation registration of the G Commercial Building in Scheon-si, and preparing registration tax-related documents.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on January 25, 2013, submitted the above complaint to the public service center of the private police station, to raise an objection against the provisional attachment of the above G G shopping district owned by the Defendant based on the claim for the construction cost under the above contract.

2. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Registration of Real Estate under Actual Titleholder’s Name, concluded a title trust agreement to grant the registration of ownership transfer of the land E and the registration of ownership transfer of the commercial building to be established in the said site, which is one of his children’s high school line, and the establishment of the said site. A.

On December 24, 2010, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer for reasons of sale on November 2, 2010 in the name of the said E with respect to the said site at the Changwon District Court, Chocheon-dong, Seocheon-si.

B. On April 27, 2012, the Defendant, at the aforesaid private registry office, filed for registration of ownership preservation in the name of the above E in relation to the above Nos. 101, 103, 104, 201, 202, 203, 301, 302, 303, 304, 305, 306, 401, 501, and 502.
