A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of two thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 17:10 on March 27, 2013, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (collective intimidation) threatened D with the face of D, i.e., a dangerous object cited by D for the reason that D would cause inconvenience to the traffic of the Defendant by planting trees for landscaping and cutting off, and threatening D’s face “I will cut off snow.”

2. In the above time and place, the Defendant: (a) dump bucks down the victim D’s bucks; and (b) dump bucks walked around seven days by walking the bucks; and (c) dump bucks on the left, the

3. On April 12, 2013, the Defendant made a false accusation against D and E by requesting the victim E, who is the husband of the victim D and his/her female, to be subject to criminal punishment.

The statement of the complaint was that "The defendant defendant defendant D was able to write down the trees of the complainant and threatened with the knife, and the defendant E was able to enter the hearing aids on which the complainant was worn water in the face of the complainant with a machine that renders agrochemicals, and the hearing aids have broken and caused ear a hume, thereby punishing the defendant."

However, the Defendant merely used violence against D, such as the foregoing paragraphs 1 and 2, and there was no threat of the Defendant or spread of E’s water towards the Defendant.

Nevertheless, D was damaged by the Defendant on the same day as the above Paragraph 1, and reported by the Defendant, and the Defendant was requested by the private police station to appear in the above case, and prepared the above written complaint, and submitted D and E to the public service center of the private police station on April 12, 2013, and submitted the above written complaint to D and E.
