Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to convert a mountainous district shall obtain permission from the competent authorities for a specified purpose.

On September 2010, the Defendant converted the form and quality of a mountainous district to a size equivalent to 658 square meters of the above forest land without obtaining permission from the competent authority in the Ulsan-gun C forest in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do without obtaining permission from the competent authority, and converted the use of the mountainous district without obtaining permission by changing the form and quality of the mountainous district.
