Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On June 4, 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's wooden support, and a summary order of KRW 1 million for the same crime at the Gwangju District Court on February 11, 2014, respectively.

[2] On December 4, 2016, the Defendant driven a BK7 vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.086% during blood while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 1 km from the road near the peace plaza, which is in the original form at the time of Mapopopoon around December 4, 2016, to the road in front of the “Sel former Vietnam War World” located in the same city unification.

Accordingly, the Defendant, who violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice, drives a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in violation of Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act.
