Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 20, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of 1.5 million won from the Changwon District Court to a fine for a violation of road traffic laws, and on September 1, 2015, the Defendant received a summary order of 5 million won for a violation of road traffic laws from the Busan District Court branch office of the Busan District Public Prosecutor's Office.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol content of around 05:42 on September 21, 2015, the Defendant driven B automobiles from around 500 meters to around 500 meters prior to the same Gu-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong in Busan, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.054% during blood transfusion.
