A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Criminal facts
1. On May 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00 on May 30, 2015, at “E” restaurant operated by the victim D (here, 52 years of age) located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu; (b) had the victim expressed his/her intent to not sell his/her conference to the victim, and had the victim talked that he/she would not sell his/her conference from the victim; and (c) had the victim expressed his/her voice at the large interest of “this Chewing baby”; and (d) had him/her talked with sound by her hand for about one hour, including where he/she collected money in possession, thereby hindering the victim’s restaurant operation work by force.
2. On June 2, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime at around 16:00 on June 2, 2015, in the “H” of the victim G (the 43 years of age) operated in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on the grounds that the Defendant reported the fright to fright and received an investigation from the police station as to the crime of interference with business by reporting the fright to the fright to fright, at the same time, the Defendant used the fright to fright the fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright.”
