Punishment of the crime
On September 23, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for the obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. in the Daejeon District Court's astronomical Branch, and on March 30, 2012, the Defendant completed the enforcement of the sentence in the Western Prison District Court.

1. 3. 피고인은 2015. 2. 24. 16:00경 아산시 I 소재 피해자 J 운영의 ‘K식당’에서, 술에 취하여 욕설을 하면서 ‘술을 달라, 안 주면 불을 싸질러버린다’라고 소리를 지르자 피해자의 남편 L가 피고인을 위 식당 밖으로 내보내고 문을 잠궜다는 이유로, 주먹으로 위 식당의 현관 유리문 시가 100,000원 상당을 쳐 위 유리문에 금이 가게 하여 이를 손괴하였다.
