A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 15, 2014, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million with a fine of KRW 2 million at Jeju District Court on July 21, 2015, as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, in the wooden Branch of the Gwangju District Court, and a summary order of KRW 2 million with a fine of KRW 3 million with a fine of KRW 2 million with a penalty of violating the Road Traffic Act at Jeju District Court.

On April 24, 2016, at around 21:25, the Defendant driven a cren motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.169%, even though he/she had not obtained a driver's license at a section of approximately 100 meters from the front side of the parking lot for the Jeju 1st apartment, which is located in the Mapoamamamamamamb, to the front side of the entrance of the Mapo Citizens' Culture and Sports Center located in the same city, from the front side of the parking lot for the same city.

2. On October 15, 2014, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the wooden Branch of the Gwangju District Court, and on July 21, 2015, the Jeju District Court issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for a fine of KRW 2 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act.

On July 23, 2016, at around 23:35, the Defendant driven a Cren motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.138% of alcohol concentration, even though he did not obtain a driver's license at approximately 400 meters from each hotel in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju to the regular road in front of the regular school located in the same Dong without obtaining a driver's license.
