Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 12, 2009, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million at the Incheon District Court to a fine of KRW 1 million; on October 12, 2009, the above court issued a summary order of KRW 1 million to a fine of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act; on November 17, 2011, the above court issued a summary order of KRW 2 million to a fine of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking without a license); on September 12, 2013, the above court issued a summary order of KRW 2 million to a fine of KRW 1.5 million at the Incheon District Court to a fine of KRW 1.5 million; on October 4, 2013, the above summary order of KRW 1.6 million to a fine of KRW 200,000 as a violation of the Road Traffic Act (Free License) at the above court (hereinafter referred to as a fine of KRW 300,500,24,201).
around 13:00 on January 20, 2015, the Defendant driven a Crenren car without a car driver’s license from approximately 700 meters from the front side of a mutually influent restaurant in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon to the road near the 661-5-dong Yamamamdong 661-5.
On April 10, 2015, the Defendant, who was punished twice as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) as above, was driving a DNA cargo vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the Yang Pyeong Sea State in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, to the front side of the Yanan-dong 107-14, 16:10 on April 10, 2015.
