Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. B apartment 1) B (hereinafter “instant apartment”) including the 22th council of occupants’ representatives, etc.
(2) Around January 2015, the Plaintiff was elected as Ddong representative from the 22nd election of the instant apartment building (term: from March 1, 2015 to February 28, 2017) that was implemented around January 2015.
