1. Of the ancillary claims in the judgment of the first instance, the Plaintiff who falls under any of the following subparagraphs:

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff is a non-corporate group comprised of representatives (21) from each Dong of Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu (hereinafter "the apartment of this case"), and the defendant is a company established for the purpose of multi-family housing management business, etc.

B. On May 1, 2008, the council of occupants' representatives at the 17th council of the Plaintiff-17th council of occupants' representatives constituted 13 representatives from each Dong, such as K, technical directors J, promotional directors L, and general secretary-general B, etc. However, K resigned from office on February 20, 2009, and J, the largest extension of directors, retired from office as the chairperson, and J, the management rules of the apartment house of this case (hereinafter "management rules of this case").

A) Pursuant to the foregoing, while performing duties as the president’s acting representative for a period of time, J also resigned from office as the president’s acting representative on May 21, 2009. Meanwhile, on June 5, 2007, the Plaintiff is a forest housing management company (hereinafter “Slim housing management”).

(2) On June 18, 2007, the term of the contract was fixed from June 17, 2009 to the end of June 17, 2009, and upon the termination of the contract, B concluded an entrustment management contract with the defendant as to the apartment of this case by setting the term of the contract as the qualification of the representative of the council of occupants' representatives at the end of September 4, 2009 to September 3, 201, by setting the term of the contract as the term of the above entrustment management contract with the defendant as the qualification of the representative of the council of occupants' representatives at the end of September 4, 2009 to the end of September 3, 201.

The representative and the chairperson of each Dong of the 17th National Assembly and the 18th Council, and disputes on the management authority of the apartment in this case.
