A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On 2010, the Defendant worked as a three-year master teacher of the victim D(M, 8 years of age at the time) at the Gyeongbuk elementary school around 2010, and used that a person who was only eight years of age cannot actively respond to his son’s act, which he was a son, to cause similarity and indecent act of the victim by force.

1. On March 2010, the Defendant: (a) opened the same anti-U.S. movement in the class in charge of the above elementary school; (b) opened the school course; and (c) led the Defendant and the victim to remain in the after-school class after school; and (d) led the Defendant and the victim to remain in the after-school class, “I close the front and rear of the class” to the victim.

“After making an accusation, the victim was able to sit in the nearest chair of the teacher’s book, and then was able to put his house in the victim’s entrance speed, raise his hand into the damaged person’s inside, and commit an indecent act.

2. On March 2010, the Defendant 2010 in the classes in charge of the above elementary school, upon the completion of cleaning the classroom, caused the victim to remain in the after-school classes only the Defendant and the victim. On the other hand, the Defendant 2: (a) was seated in the nearest chair on the teacher’s book; (b) kidd the victim; (c) kid the victim; (d) kid the victim into the panty of the victimized person; and (c) kid in the sound book.

3. 4.
