Punishment of the crime

The Defendant had been working as the election campaign manager of preliminary candidates C's 6th nationwide local election, and the victim E, a preliminary candidate of C's C's C's C, made a contribution to the C's election commission, with the intention to mislead the C's election commission, and to threaten the victim.

On May 10, 2014, the Defendant made a phone call to the victim at an insular location at around 18:24 on May 10, 2014, and made a recording of the victim’s “I am yp. yphhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
