Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Criminal facts

1. The Defendant is the director and the head of the accounting team of the said company as D’s female members, the representative director of the (ju) C (hereinafter “instant company”) for the purpose of security service, etc. of the private document forgery.

The Defendant discovered that E, a director of the instant company, was registered as a director of the competitor company, and forged a letter of resignation, thereby having the Defendant completed the registration of resignation from the original corporate register of the instant company.

On March 201, 201, the Defendant received a certificate of personal seal impression and a certificate of personal seal impression from E on the ground that “The term of office is extended upon expiration of the expiration date of the registration director’s expiration date” from E.

On March 29, 2011, the Defendant: (a) requested the staff G of the F Certified Judicial Scriveners Office without authority to exercise his/her authority; and (b) sought to resign from his/her office on the ground of personal correspondence that he/she is a director of another company; and (c) sealed E’s seal imprint on the draft of resignation stating “D” on March 29, 201.

Accordingly, the defendant forged a letter of resignation, which is a private document on the rights and obligations of the title E.

2. On March 29, 2011, the Defendant at the instant company office located in the H building in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, held the forged private document by submitting it to the said G as if the above forged resignation was duly formed.

3. On March 29, 2011, the Defendant had a registry office of the Seoul Central District Court in Jung-gu Seoul Central District Court in Jung-gu, Seoul, and a registry office in his name, who knows that E’s resignation is false through the above G, make a registration of resignation on March 29, 201 to the original corporate register of the instant company and enter the false fact in the original corporate register, and immediately thereafter.
