Punishment of the crime
[2013 Highest 643] On December 20, 2012, the Defendant, at around 14:30 on December 20, 2012, entered the said house to steal property from the victim D’s house located in Nam-gu Busan Metropolitan City, and invaded upon the victim’s residence. The Defendant, with approximately KRW 70,000,000 of the total amount of 70,000,000,000 from the rice tank located in the said house, stolen the said house.
