Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person subject to a draft physical examination on October 30, 2012.

When a person liable for military service moves his domicile, he shall make a move-in report to the Dong office having the jurisdiction over the new domicile within 14 days.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not report to the head of the Dong where he/she could not deliver a draft physical notice without justifiable grounds while moving from Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government's B residential area to a non-permanent area.
