A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 14, 2020, the Defendant damaged the repair cost of KRW 274,120,00 for the part of the instant taxi driver’s seat, which is the victim’s possession, by making it difficult for the victim to take advantage of his/her failure to accurately express his/her destination to the victim and continuing to take a bath before the district under the influence of alcohol, on the ground that the victim has been in the front of the district, around 01:38 on May 14, 2020, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the repair cost of KRW 274,120,00, by making it difficult for the victim to take care of the lower part of the instant taxi driver’s seat; and (b) destroyed the repair cost of KRW 120,00.

2. At around 02:20 on May 14, 2020, the Defendant: (a) extracted a flag flag for advertisement of alkinium (two meters in total length) from a police officer’s body on the part of H, while returning home at the police officer’s request, while under the influence of alcohol, and fright to the road; (b) extracted the Defendant’s women’s friendliness from the police officer, who was frighted, and frighted to the police officer affiliated with the YY C District of the YK, the Defendant frighted to the police officer, who was in danger of being set up on the road; and (c) committed assault by flaining the flag flag on the part of H’s arms.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the prevention and restraint of crimes.
