Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 8, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (accidents, Violence, etc.) (hereinafter referred to as “Aggravated Punishment, etc.”): (a) boarded a D taxi driven by the victim C (the age of 57) in front of B in the north-gu B of the North Korean Port on November 8, 2019; (b) moved the said taxi into the Southern-gu Eindo Office at the time of the Defendant’s residence; (c) there was a dispute with the victim as a matter of compensation; and (d) moving the said taxi to the G police box at the North Korean Port in the North Korean Port, North Korean Port, and the victim again moved to the G police box at the port, the victim’s face while driving the said taxi at one time. Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a motor vehicle in operation on November 20, 2019, and explained the driver of a vehicle in front of the Hain Police Station at the front of the G police Station.

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning civil petitions by police officials.
