Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is the representative director of the B corporation located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City D, and Defendant B is a corporation that runs trade business and wholesale and retail business.
1. Defendant A
A. Around March 14, 201, Defendant A, in violation of the Customs Act, imported 1,932 goods from the U.S. “E” company around March 14, 201 to F, filed a false declaration on the import price of USD 24,777, USD 14,481, and evaded customs duties of USD 1,200,260 for USD 13,296, the difference in customs duties. From around that time to November 26, 2014, Defendant A evaded customs duties of USD 110,150 for the main goods 38 times in total, and filed a false declaration on the import price of USD 614,950 ($709,709,189,136, KRW 136, KRW 565,565,655, the difference in customs duties).
B. On August 21, 2013, Defendant A, in violation of the Customs Act due to price manipulation, imported 31 points from G G G G company to H on a total of 5,367 square meters for the purpose of evading the value-added tax equivalent to the import price, and reported the import price of the total of 5,367 square meters in total to 5,098 square meters for the purpose of obtaining economic benefits by evading the value-added tax equivalent to the import price. From around that time to April 29, 2014, Defendant A imported 63 points in total of 13,408 square meters in total, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Table (2) and fabricated the import price into 10,567 square meters in total.

On September 21, 2011, Defendant A, in violation of the Customs Act due to false declaration, imported 10 points of the kitchen supplies from Germany I company to J on September 21, 201, and falsely reported the import price of 1,915-in total to 945,00,000,000 won. From around that time to March 26, 2012, Defendant A imported 658 points of the total amount of 40,338,000 won for eight times, such as the daily list of crimes in the attached Table (3) and reported that the import price was 19,770,00 won in total.
2. Defendant A, the representative director of Defendant B Co., Ltd., is the defendant A.
