Defendants are not guilty.

1. The summary of the facts charged is the co-operator of the MaF located in Seogu, Daegu, the Defendants: (a) imported freezing eggs from the Malaysia Free Export Business (Malaysia), “G, H, and I via Busan Customs; (b) reported the price at a lower price than the actual market price to the import price; and (c) had the intent to evade customs duties by reporting the import price at a lower price to the above “G”; (d) Defendant A is in charge of managing and operating the above “F” company; and (b) Defendant B is responsible for concluding and managing the contract, managing the funds, etc.; and (c) again remitted the difference of the import price reported at lower price to the above “G, etc.”; and (d) Defendant C is willing to play the role of remitting the difference of the import price reported at lower price and to supply it to the Republic of Korea of freezing newly imported goods.

Where goods are imported from foreign countries, an import declaration thereon shall be filed with a customs office according to the actual transaction price of the relevant goods and the dutiable value, etc.

Nevertheless, on August 9, 2010, the Defendants: (a) reported the import price of KRW 94,976,89, the actual market price of which was reduced to KRW 67,840,642, while importing Malaysia from Malaysia Co., Ltd. on August 9, 2010; (b) reported the import price of KRW 5,427,251 in the Korean customs equivalent to KRW 27,136,257 in the Korean customs equivalent to KRW 27,136,257 in the Korean customs equivalent to the difference; and (c) subsequently, from August 9, 2010 to October 5, 2012, the Defendants reported the import price of KRW 5,90,840,848,470 in the Korean customs equivalent to KRW 27,296,284,267,2684,297; and (d) reduced the import price of KRW 286,2964,267664,267.664.

2. The Defendants’ summary of the assertion did not falsely report the dutiable value while importing freezing, and the list of crimes in this case is the same.
