A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Jeonju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 24, 2017.

1. On September 13, 2017, the Defendant, at around 15:00 on September 13, 2017, found one copy of the credit card of the victim’s bank located in the mobile phone and mobile phone cases lost by the victim C in the vicinity of the Diveter located in Osan City.

Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim, but did so.

2. However, the Defendant refused approval of the said card upon the report of theft by C.

Accordingly, the defendant had attempted to acquire property by deceiving the victim.

3. The Defendant interfered with the duties of the Defendant, at the same time, at the same time as paragraph 2, and at a place, interfered with the victim’s main business by force by getting the customers who were on the said main points to go out of a disturbance by avoiding disturbance, such as cutting, sounding, and sating the satisfing the fact that H of the said main points is a theft card.
