1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is a title holder of the registration of transfer of ownership finally completed with respect to forest E 461m2 (hereinafter “instant real estate”).
B. As to each real estate listed in the separate list Nos. 1 through 3, Gwangju District Court’s registration of YY and the registration of ownership transfer under Defendant B’s name was completed on December 29, 1987. The registration of ownership transfer was based on the above registration of ownership transfer, and the Republic of Korea seized each of the above real estate. As to each of the above real estate, each collateral security right of KRW 150,000,000 and maximum debt amount of KRW 240,000,000 was established, respectively, and the Defendant New Card Co., Ltd. attached the real estate listed in paragraph 2 of the same list.
C. With respect to the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 4, the registration of F in his name was received on June 5, 1990, and the registration of transfer of F in his name was received on June 5, 1990, and the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on March 31, 200 and the registration of transfer of ownership in his name was made on September 19, 200 and on September 44257, 200, the registration was made on September 19, 200, and the registration was made on June 27, 200 and the registration was received on June 32540.

With respect to the real estate listed in the list No. 5, the registration of Magpo District Court of Gwangju and the registration of transfer of ownership in the above F F name was received on March 14, 1990 and the registration of transfer of ownership in the above F name was completed on June 27, 2002 by agreement division No. 32540 on June 27, 2002.
E. With respect to the real estate listed in [Attachment List No. 6], the registration of woodbag branch of the Gwangju District Court and the registration of transfer of ownership in the above F F name under the receipt of No. 7844 on March 14, 1990, and the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the defendant for donation under the receipt of No. 13826 on March 31, 200, are the same.
