A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 19, 2015, from around 21:50 to 22:00 the same day, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) obstructed customers, who sing in the stage, from the “E” of the victim D’s operation located in Busan House for about ten minutes; (b) obstructed customers from singing in the stage on the ground that they did not return to their singing order; (c) attempted to throw in the stage with the chair; and (d) intending to stop in the stage from other customers; (c) dump the beer and the beer fump on the floor; and (d) dumping the chairs back on the floor; and (e) interfered with the victim’s business by force, such as exerting the influence on the part of the other customers.

2. 모욕 피고인은 제 1 항 기재 일시, 장소에서 112 신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 부산 사 하경 찰 서 F 지구대 소속 경위인 피해자 G가 피고인에게 사건 경위에 대하여 묻자 약 10 여 명의 손님들이 있는 가운데 " 이 개새끼야! 대머리까지 면 장땡이 가, 눈깔 확 파뿐 다 "라고 큰 소리로 말하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

3. "In doing so, beer's disease, which is a dangerous object on the table while taking a bath for the victim, was broken down by the victim's hand.

As a result, the defendant carried dangerous things with each other and inflicted an incurable injury on both victims for the number of days of treatment, such as the heat of the fingers.

4. On March 12, 2015, the Defendant of special intimidation: (a) resisted the Defendant who expressed his desire to her wife before the K Sckis in the operation of the J (57 tax) located in Busan Island around 17:00 on March 12, 2015.
