A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2015, from around March 31, 2016 to around March 31, 2016, the Defendant: (a) installed three shower facilities and three locker rooms in which the cmazines are located; (b) received KRW 110,00 from an unspecified number of male customers, and provided them with KRW 60,00 to female employees D and E, and arranged sexual traffic for the business of arranging sexual traffic.
