Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2017, the Defendant, without a motor device bicycle driver’s license, driven approximately 150 meters from the front road of his house in Chungcheongnam-si around 09:20, to the front road of the same city, and driven approximately 150 meters from the front road of his house in Chungcheongnam-si to D in the same city.
