Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Since 2006, the defendant has been working in the LAS market in Busan, and the victim B(37 years of age) operates the business "D" at the window of Changwon-si, and the defendant became aware of the victim as the president of the Customer.

However, there is no particular property for the defendant, and there is no intention or ability to repay even if the defendant borrowed money from the victim.
At around 09:36 the following day, the defendant acquired 3 million won from the victim to the above account of the defendant.
