A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] The Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspended sentence in March 24, 2017 by the Seoul Western District Court on March 16, 2017 due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (do referred to as "the main sentence") at the Seoul Western District Court, which became final and conclusive on March 24, 2017 and is currently under suspended sentence.

[2] The criminal facts of the Defendant are the same year from July 3, 2017 to D agencies located in Dong-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “instant agency”).

Nevertheless, on July 24, 2017, the Defendant illegally used another’s resident registration number by letting (F) the Defendant arbitrarily enter the E’s resident registration number in the application form for the purchase of D mobile phones with the recognition of E’s resident registration number upon receiving a request from E for opening a mobile phone from E.

The Defendant forged private documents at the same date, time, and place as the foregoing paragraph (a), and had a nameless source who was working for the instant agency, enter the personal information of E in the column of the application form for mobile phone membership, using the pen devices kept therein, including the name of E, a short term model, a fare system, and contact information, and sign the said application form with “E” in the signature column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the defendant had the non-personal source prepare one copy of the application for joining the mobile phone in the name of E, a private document concerning rights and duties.

The Defendant, at the same time and place as the above B B, submitted to LG Plus an application for subscription to a forged E mobile phone in the same name as the above B, and exercised it.

(d)

The criminal defendant is guilty at the same time and place as the above paragraph (a), and facts shall be without the consent of E.
