[Criminal Power] On March 21, 2016, the Defendant issued a summary order of a fine of KRW 3 million at the Incheon District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and the same year.
4. 25. The same court has received each notice of a summary order of a fine of 1.5 million won or more for the same crime and has the record of being punished for driving under the influence of alcohol twice or more.
【Criminal Facts】
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a DNA rocketing car for the victim B and C in violation of the Road Traffic Act (unclaimed Measures after Accidents).
At around 21:51 on December 29, 2018, the Defendant neglected his duty of care to care to see the front side and left side of the G bus driven by the victim B while driving the said vehicle and driving the said three-lane road from the boundary of the F station to the sand village distance, and neglecting his/her duty of care to accurately operate the steering and brakes on the left side of the vehicle, thereby damaging the repair cost of KRW 73,548 on the front side of the driving vehicle driven by the victim B while driving the said vehicle at the direction of the Defendant’s driving. On the other hand, the Defendant did not immediately stop the repair cost of KRW 73,548 on the front side of the left side of the driving vehicle driven by the victim C who was parked on the right side of the Defendant’s driving direction, and discussed the back side side part of the H Kakn Cork-gu passenger vehicle controlled by the victim C, with the right side part of the vehicle driven by the Defendant, with the repair cost of KRW 2,96.
2. A violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) against the victim I, and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unclaimed after an accident) with respect to the victim I, as described in paragraph (1) of this Article, the victim I (the age of 43) committed a stop before the "K Hospital" located in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, on December 29, 2018, and the victim I (the age of 43) who concealed the defendant was stopped, and the driver was stopped after the driver was driven by the defendant.
